How are photos inserted into the viewer?

Your 12 selected photos are printed as real film slides. They follow the same 35mm film mount format and can be viewed one by one through the vintage viewer.

Will the photo quality differ from the original?

We use a high-resolution printing process to faithfully reproduce the colors and details of the original. Viewed through the lens with light passing through, the colors actually feel more vivid than on a screen.

Can I add more than 12 photos?

Each viewer holds 12 slides. The number 12 — like the twelve months of a year or the twelve hours on a clock — is designed to tell one complete story. If you want to capture more moments, simply order an additional set.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production takes 3–5 business days after order confirmation, with 1–2 days for shipping. As a made-to-order product, each set is crafted with care.

Is gift wrapping available?

Every 12cut ships in a kraft box. You can add a gift message card, and a special gift wrapping option is also available.

Are my uploaded photos safe?

Your uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers after production. They are never used for any purpose other than production, and are never shared with third parties.
